How long does shipping take for custom jewelry?
Since our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized items are unique to you, they are final sale. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials including 14K Gold, Sterling Silver, and premium Gold Plating. All our products are nickel-free and hypoallergenic to ensure comfort for sensitive skin.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been handcrafted and processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 60-day warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
