  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Tres Colori packaging, ensuring all certificates and gift boxes are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
